Rostering Coordinator – Veterinary Referral Hospital (VRH)
Location: Melbourne, VIC Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
VRH is a leading multi-disciplinary specialist referral hospital committed to delivering exceptional veterinary care. We are currently seeking a Rostering Coordinator to join our hospital operations team and support the smooth running of our services across all departments.
This role is central to ensuring effective staffing across the hospital, including intern and on-call rosters, and maintaining accurate scheduling through Kronos. You’ll work closely with department heads and team leaders to support workflow, service delivery, and team wellbeing. In addition, you will provide administrative support, including (but not limited to) the coordination of client financial communications and billing.
