About the Role

MSS Security is seeking a motivated and organised Rostering Coordinator, also known internally as a Service Delivery Coordinator, to join our team in Brisbane, QLD.

In this role, you will support a portfolio of clients by coordinating staff rosters, managing welfare calls and providing excellent customer service to security officers, clients and internal stakeholders.

This role is supporting service delivery and ensuring staffing requirements are met across our client portfolio. You will play an important role in maintaining efficient operations and responding to changing rostering needs.

What Does the Role Involve?

• Coordinate and maintain staff rosters to ensure shifts are appropriately filled.
• Manage welfare calls and maintain regular communication with security officers.
• Respond to last-minute roster changes and operational requirements.
• Deliver professional and timely customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support effective service delivery.
• Manage competing priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Use Microsoft applications and rostering systems to maintain accurate records.

About You

You are a proactive, task-driven professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and the confidence to manage competing priorities while delivering quality service.

You would have:

• Experience in rostering, administration, contact centre operations or a similar role.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
• The ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Flexibility to work the required roster, depending on the position.
• A willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
• The ability to work from our Brisbane office.

Experience in security operations, workforce scheduling or a similar service delivery environment will be highly regarded.

Australian citizenship is required, as some of our clients are government clients.
