CLS is seeking a full-time, motivated and service-oriented Roster Coordinator to join our team in Bundaberg This is a fast-paced role working in a busy office environment and your job is to ensure that the right people are at the right place at the right time. If you are a confident and resilient problem solver, who greets the daily challenges of rostering with good humour, then we want you to join our fun and friendly team.
This position will be providing rostering and administrative support to the staff for Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community and Skills Campus. You will be responsible for the allocation of our most critical resource, our people, ensuring our clients have appropriate staffing to fulfil CLS’ client support requirements.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
