About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Decommissioning Roster Administrator to support our Offshore Decommissioning Team based in our clients office in Sale. In this assignment, you will ensure accurate roster management, coordinate critical travel and training, and act as a central support point for a team of approximately 70 offshore workers. Your efforts will directly contribute to safe, efficient, and well‑planned offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Offshore Decommissioning roster for ~70 personnel.
  • Coordinate offshore flight bookings (weekly and ad hoc).
  • Manage training bookings and maintain the training schedule to ensure competencies remain current.
  • Provide support for payroll/timesheet queries and coordinate accommodation and vehicle hire.
  • Support continuous improvements in administrative processes and contribute to a positive team environment.

About you

  • Strong administrative experience with the ability to manage confidential information with maturity and discretion.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong people and communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
  • High level of initiative with the ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly MS Excel.
