What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Provide both operational and strategic financial support to manufacturing business partners and Finance functional leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (Manufacturing, HR, and other functions), anticipating business needs in a proactive manner.
Help business partners understand the broader business context and how initiatives and projects align with operational strategy and enterprise goals.
Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the Rosario Plant in relation to long-term operational objectives, budgets, and forecasts.
Support the development of annual financial objectives aligned with the business partner’s growth and expansion plans.
Prepare and, when required, present monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, forecast vs. budget analysis, and cash flow.
Supervise a team of analysts and act as the primary Finance spokesperson for the supported business partner.
Report to and directly support the Finance Executive and business partner on strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, accounting and administrative operations, forecasting, and cash/funding management.
Review and ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial policies and procedures.
Develop talent and optimize team performance through stretch assignments, leadership exposure, career discussions, and ongoing feedback.
Lead by example by demonstrating GM behaviors, a commitment to continuous personal development, and a strong focus on creating a positive Workplace of Choice culture.
Support the team in prioritizing workloads, creating clear and impactful financial narratives to influence decision-making, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring robust analytical assumptions.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields with a strong quantitative focus.
Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
Relevant experience in Manufacturing, Finance, and/or Accounting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Availability to work full-time on-site in Rosario, Argentina.
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring finance teams.
Experience working in complex manufacturing environments or multinational companies.
Knowledge of SOX regulations and internal control frameworks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience supporting large-scale operations or plant finance.
This role is categorized as onsite. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location on a full-time basis.
This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
