Quality Assurance: Meet brand standards.

Closing Duties: Clean and organize work areas and complete checklists.
Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, follow audit procedures, manage cash banks, and maintain cashier station.
Steps of Service: Ensure guest satisfaction, answer service questions, and coordinate wait times and product availability.
Promoting Services: Promote and sell spa services and retail products, recording guest preferences when needed.
