A Guest Service Supervisor, also known as a Front Desk Supervisor, is responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk in hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts. They supervise front desk staff, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and maintain high standards of customer service. This role also involves training team members, coordinating schedules, and ensuring guests have a positive and efficient experience from arrival to departure.

Job Duties:
• Conduct training for Guest Service Agents and Night Audit team members, and actively support onboarding of new hires
• Supervise front desk operations during shifts, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members in their daily tasks
• Maintain and manage front office supply inventory
• Ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality (luxury) guest service standards
• Handle and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist Guest Service Agents as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Review daily cashiering reports, identify discrepancies, and follow up accordingly
• Support room assignments, including verifying guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements
• Build strong interdepartmental relationships and promote effective communication across teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned
