Mitsis Group is offering new jobs at its hotel Mitsis Selection Azure for the upcoming summer season of 2027:

Room Division Manager- Mitsis Selection Azure

Location: Halkidiki

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time

Purpose

As Room Division Manager, you will lead the smooth day-to-day operation of the department, upholding high service standards, health & safety compliance, and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office and Rooms Division operations, reservations, room allocation, invoicing and guest requests, ensuring smooth departmental preparation and opening/closing procedures in coordination with all other departments.
• Handle guest requests within your area of responsibility, and monitor and respond to guest comments, including through the monthly Social Media management plan.
• Set departmental objectives in line with the annual budget and service standards and contribute to increasing sales.
• Review Tour Operator brochures and recommend timely changes in line with fact sheets.
• Lead recruitment for hotel positions in accordance with company policy and Group values.
• Monitor and guide the daily professional conduct and performance of your team.
• Manage the performance appraisal system and design training plans based on identified needs.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years in a position of responsibility.
• Education in a tourism-related field (will be considered an additional qualification).
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken) and very good command of a second foreign language (German, French, Italian, Russian, Polish).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and very good knowledge of Protel.
