
As our strategic Rooms Division Manager, you will champion, develop and implement operational strategies that support the hotel's overall business goals. You are responsible for Front of House (including Front Office, Guest Experience, Concierge and Housekeeping operations and will work closely with your direct reports – Front of House Manager and Executive Head Housekeeper – to develop and implement departmental strategies while ensuring the delivery of brand standards and the St. Pancras service culture.
You will ensure that Rooms Operations consistently meets brand standards, responds effectively to guest needs, drives associate engagement and satisfaction, identifies revenue opportunities, and maximises the financial performance of the department. Through strong leadership and operational excellence, you will create a seamless guest experience across all rooms-related functions.
You will work collaboratively with department heads across the hotel to support wider business objectives, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure that products and services meet or exceed the expectations of our guests and associates. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, developing talent, and driving continuous improvement throughout the Rooms Division.
