As a Rooms Controller, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and optimizing room assignments, ensuring smooth operations, and maximizing guest satisfaction.

With your high energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional organizational skills, you'll be responsible for managing room inventory, coordinating with housekeeping and front desk teams, and ensuring accurate room statuses in our property management system. Qualifications

  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • Previous experience in a rooms management or front office role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in PBX preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and room inventory management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
  • Shifts will include mornings, afternoons and evenings
