The Role:

Be the ultimate matchmaker at Crystalbroook Riley — pairing our guests with the perfect room, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. As Rooms Controller, you are the connector between Sales, Housekeeping and Front Office, making sure every guest lands in just the right place at the right time.

This diverse position is the perfect balance of front-facing and back-end coordination, with some days being spent allocating and managing room moves and others being spent as the friendly face on the front desk welcoming our guests to our beautiful hotel.

About You:

• Previous experience in a front office or rooms controller role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment
• A natural people person with strong interpersonal skills, confident communication and a high level of attention to detail
• Fluent in English (spoken, written and read), additional languages are advantageous
• Comfortable multitasking and remaining calm under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Skilled collaborator, able to work seamlessly across departments to deliver an elevated guest journey
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud advantageous – with strong accuracy skills
• Quick thinking problem solver who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A passion for hospitality and inspired by Crystalbrook Collection’s creative approach – delivering unique, enriching experiences that amaze, uplift and leave a lasting and positive impact on guests, communities and the environment
