Your key responsibilities

Join Rocco Forte Hotels as a Room Technician and enhance your career in a luxury hotel environment. You’ll collaborate with the Chief Engineer to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs throughout the hotel.

As a valued member of the Forte family, you will:

• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, identifying and resolving maintenance issues promptly.

• Carry out minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, lighting, furniture, and fixtures.

• Maintain room equipment, including air-conditioning units, TVs, safes, and door locks.

• Complete basic painting, carpentry, and refurbishment work as required.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with hotel standards.

• Record maintenance activities accurately and respond quickly to guest and departmental requests.

• Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure the hotel operates efficiently.

• Carry out PRP (Perfect Room Programme).
