Responsibilities

  • Take room service orders from guests via phone, ensuring accurate communication of their requests
  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner

  • Ensure that all orders are prepared according to company quality standards and presented attractively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area and equipment
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a room service or similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
