About the role:

The Seasonal Room Service Server Assistant supports the Room Service team in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences to our guests. In this role, you will assist Room Service Servers with food and beverage deliveries, tray and table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service areas and guest corridors.

You will play an important role in ensuring that Four Seasons service standards are consistently delivered while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

This position is part of the Food & Beverage Department (Room Service) and reports to the Room Service Manager

What you will do:

• Assist Room Service Servers with food and beverage deliveries to guest rooms

• Prepare, set up, clear, and clean room service tables, trays, chairs, linens, plates, glassware, and cutlery

• Ensure service stations, pantries, and work areas remain clean, organized, and adequately stocked

• Remove used trays, tables, and service items from guest corridors promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all assigned work areas and room service stations

• Support the team in delivering excellent and personalized guest service

• Handle hotel equipment and property with care to minimize breakage and loss

• Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures at all times

• Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues, supervisors, and managers

• Arrive on time and comply with all company grooming, uniform, and attendance standards

What you bring:

• High School Diploma, preferably from a Tourism or Hospitality Vocational School

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not required

• Basic Food & Beverage knowledge

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to safely lift and carry trays and room service equipment

• Basic English skills are preferred

• Commitment to maintaining Five-Star hospitality standards
