The job involves:

• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
• Taking guest orders over the phone, providing guests with alternatives and suggestions by up selling menu items
• Preparing and delivering food and drink orders
• Balancing transactions in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in food and beverage environment
• Smart Serve certification
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Micros software
