About the role
As Room Service & Banquet Manager, you will lead the In-Room Dining and Banquet operations of The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel.
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and highly personalised experiences across In-Room Dining, guest amenities, private dining and banquet operations. From an intimate dinner in a guest suite to celebrations and larger events, you will ensure exceptional service, thoughtful execution and the attention to detail that defines Four Seasons.
You will lead and develop the In-Room Dining and Banquet teams while taking ownership of operational excellence, guest satisfaction and the financial performance of the department.
This is a seasonal position starting in March 2027, joining our pre-opening team ahead of the hotel’s Summer 2027 opening and continuing through our first summer operating season until approximately mid-September 2027. The position is intended for candidates interested in building a long-term seasonal journey with Four Seasons in Gstaad.
What you will do
Lead all In-Room Dining and Banquet operations, ensuring exceptional and personalised service across guest rooms, private dining, amenities and events
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing In-Room Dining and Banquet team
Ensure seamless planning and execution of banquet functions, special events, VIP experiences and customised guest requests
Work closely with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and other operational teams to deliver flawless guest experiences
Drive revenue, profitability, labour productivity and effective cost management across the department
Oversee operational readiness, staffing, service standards and procedures across all shifts
Support the development of In-Room Dining concepts, amenity programmes, banquet standards and continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
Minimum five years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, In-Room Dining, Restaurants, Banquets or Food & Beverage operations
Proven ability to lead and develop teams while delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences
Strong operational and commercial understanding, including labour productivity, budgeting, revenue and cost control
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate complex events and multiple operational stakeholders
Fluent English and German and/or French; additional languages are advantageous
In accordance with Swiss employment regulations, only candidates holding Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or a valid Swiss work authorization, can be considered for this position
