What will you be doing?

As a Room Service Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences to our Guests. You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service while ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up and present orders according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Explain menu items and respond to guest requests in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
• Ensure all trays, trolleys, and service equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Collect used trays and trolleys from guest floors promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the room service area and service pantries.
• Accurately process guest orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments.
• Handle guest concerns and requests promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
• Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Support the Food & Beverage team in achieving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of in-room dining operations.
