The Room Service Ambassador provides exceptional patient dining service by assisting patients with meal selections, accurately processing orders, and coordinating timely meal delivery. Ensures patient dietary needs and preferences are communicated appropriately while maintaining food safety, service quality, and Baptist Health standards. Provides friendly, compassionate service that supports a positive patient experience.
The Room Service Ambassador provides professional, efficient meal service to patients and assists with meal ordering based on physician-prescribed diets. Educates patients on the meal ordering system, assesses their ability to use the system, and communicates dietary concerns to the appropriate clinical team. Serves as a key representative of Food and Nutrition Services while delivering excellent patient service with minimal direct supervision.
