Are you an experienced educator ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?
As a permanent part-time Room Leader at our Midway Point Education and Care Service, you will lead by example, supporting educators to deliver high-quality education and care while creating engaging, inclusive and safe learning environments for children. Working closely with the Service Leadership Team, you will play a key role in mentoring educators, promoting reflective practice, strengthening team capability and ensuring quality outcomes for children and families.
You are an experienced early childhood Educator who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example and creating positive outcomes for children.
