Room Leader – Tall Tree Early Learning Landsdale

Are you an enthusiastic Room Leader who loves leading playful, engaging learning experiences? Join our team at Tall Tree Early Learning Landsdale! Our Landsdale centre is one of Tall Tree’s Nature Schools, housed within the beautifully restored former Landsdale mansion. With its homelike charm, natural spaces, and focus on exploration and curiosity, it offers an environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to become resilient, confident learners.

At Tall Tree Landsdale, our thoughtfully designed classrooms and natural play spaces inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection. Guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework, we create an environment where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn. In this role, you will lead a room of educators, guiding and supporting them to deliver high-quality learning programs.

Your Role:

  • Lead a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Mentor and support a team of educators to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences.
  • Create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Bring your ideas, creativity, and professional knowledge to continually enhance the program.

About You:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Experience in early childhood education and/or team leadership
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive approach
  • Current WWCC, National Police Clearance, and Child Protection training
  • Full Australian working rights
