In the role of Housekeeping Room Inspector at the AC Hotel, you will:
Be a Role Model – You have hands-on housekeeping experience and understand what excellence looks like. You lead by example by demonstrating proper cleaning standards and coaching team members on how to meet and exceed expectations.
Be Detail-Oriented – Continuously look for opportunities to improve cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Provide feedback and training to staff when needed. Monitor guest room supplies and linen closets to ensure the team has the tools and materials needed to be successful.
Be Meticulous – Help maintain clean and attractive guest rooms by assisting with tasks such as making beds, changing linens, dusting, polishing, cleaning, and vacuuming to ensure rooms meet or exceed hotel and brand standards.
Be Organized – Start each day prepared with the appropriate room lists and a clear understanding of team assignments and priorities.
Be a Communicator – You understand the demands of the room attendant role and actively support the team’s success. Provide recognition, offer constructive feedback, and serve as a trainer and mentor whenever possible.

Schedule to be determined upon hire
Minimum one year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or related field
Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, tools, and cleaning procedures
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to perform medium physical work, including:
Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
Lifting or moving up to 20 pounds frequently
Pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving objects
Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances
Ability to kneel, bend, stretch, twist, and reach
Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Occasional long hours may be required
