They are currently seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic Room Attendants to help ensure their guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and suites. You will be responsible for ensuring that each room is cleaned to the highest standards and is well-presented, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms and suites to the hotel's standards of cleanliness.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels and other bathroom amenities.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum rooms, ensuring they are spotless and welcoming.
• Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, stationery, and mini-bar items.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
• Ensure that all rooms are presented to the highest standard before guest arrival.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
