Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Shift: Flexible (Primarily Mornings, Weekends & Holidays required)
- Department: Housekeeping / Hospitality
What You’ll Do
- Clean and service guest rooms to established standards (linen changes, vacuuming, dusting)
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including restocking towels and amenities
- Replenish guest room supplies to maintain brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and needed repairs promptly
- Turn in lost and found items according to procedure
- Update room status as cleaning is completed
- Maintain organized storage areas and return equipment after use
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
- Respond to guest requests and communicate feedback to leadership
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Availability for morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally
Work Environment
- Indoor, high-volume hospitality setting
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Moderate noise level
- Physically active, fast-paced role
