Job Overview
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, preparing, and maintaining guest rooms to establish cleanliness and quality standards. This role ensures that all guest rooms are hygienic, well-stocked, and presented in excellent condition to support a comfortable and welcoming guest experience.
This position operates in a fast-paced housekeeping environment with daily room quotas and requires frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 25–50 lbs. The role may include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on operational needs. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
