At Banff Caribou Properties, our Room Attendants play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. Every fresh bed, sparkling bathroom, and perfectly prepared room helps create that "wow" moment when guests open the door. What You'll Bring
• Positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an asset but not required
What You'll Do
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to our high standards
• Make beds, replace linens and towels
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and remove garbage and recycling
• Maintain clean and inviting corridors, housekeeping areas, and public spaces
• Replenish guest amenities and respond promptly to guest requests
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure guest rooms remain secure
• Respect guest privacy and help create a welcoming environment
