About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our accommodation and public areas are presented to the highest standards. You'll help create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment that enhances every guest's experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas

  • Making beds, changing linen and replenishing amenities

  • Vacuuming, dusting and maintaining cleanliness standards

  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner

  • Reporting maintenance issues and lost property

  • Working closely with colleagues across the resort to deliver exceptional service

  • Following health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times

This role operates across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays. To be considered for this role, you must be available to work across Friday - Monday.

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality or customer service is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and who genuinely enjoy creating great experiences for others.
