About the Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, helping create an exceptional experience for every guest.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
  • Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
  • Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas
  • Clean bathrooms thoroughly and restock supplies
  • Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns
  • Ensure rooms are guest-ready and meet cleanliness standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
