As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a pristine, welcoming, and comfortable oasis for our guests. You are the guardian of the guest experience, ensuring that our rooms reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, have a sharp eye for detail, and are eager to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.

  • Ensure bathrooms are sanitized, restocked, and spotless.

  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver excellent customer service.

  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and housekeeping carts.

  • Ensure all rooms meet RIU’s standards before guest check-in.

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas when needed.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and organization.

  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
