What You'll Be Doing:
Clean and service assigned guestrooms to Cambridge Suites Hotel standards
Change and make beds according to established presentation guidelines
Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly
Vacuum carpets and complete all daily cleaning tasks to ensure rooms are guest-ready
Strip rooms and replace linens and amenities with consistent attention to detail
Maintain and restock your housekeeping cart; report supply shortages
Identify, record, and submit all lost and found items properly
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns observed during your shift
Update room status accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate professionally with guests and team members
Support other Housekeeping roles (Laundry Attendant, Houseperson, Night Attendant) as needed
Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures
Safety & Sanitation Commitment:
Follow enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures
Wear appropriate PPE as required
Practice recommended hygiene standards
Support a safe and healthy workplace for guests and colleagues
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A team-oriented and cooperative attitude
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and push a housekeeping cart throughout the shift
Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays
Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
