Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and meet brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
  • Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways and assigned public areas
  • Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
  • Restock carts and ensure supplies are organized
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
