This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help deliver the consistently high standards our guests expect from one of the world’s leading luxury brands.
The role:
As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in shaping our guests’ experience. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring each space reflects the elegance, care, and attention to detail that define Four Seasons.
Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will contribute to an environment where guests feel at home, relaxed, and exceptionally well cared for.
What You Will Do:
Clean and service guest rooms to the highest Four Seasons standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at all times
Report maintenance concerns or lost property accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised trolley and housekeeping areas
Work collaboratively with colleagues and other hotel departments
Uphold Four Seasons values, professionalism, and service excellence consistently
What you bring:
Previous housekeeping experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided
Pride in attention to detail and personal standards
A positive, reliable, and service focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work a rota including weekends and public holidays
Right to Work in the UK
