Room Attendant

Guests rely on a clean, welcoming environment for a restful stay, and you play a key role in making that a reality. In the role of Room Attendant you will:
• Be Meticulous – Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards by making beds, changing linens, dusting, polishing surfaces, vacuuming, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms.
• Focus on Details – Ensure every room is guest-ready by checking that windows shine, towels are neatly folded, amenities are fully stocked, closets are organized with the correct number of hangers, and all finishing touches are perfectly in place.
• Be Organized – Maintain a clean, well-stocked housekeeping cart and keep assigned closets orderly and prepared for each shift.
• Be a Housekeeping Ambassador – Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude, helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
• Be a Safety & Security Agent – Follow all hotel safety and security procedures, properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment, and promptly report any concerns, damages, or maintenance issues to management.
