Key Responsibilities of a Room Attendant

• Clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Change bed linens and replace used towels with clean ones.
• Replenish room supplies such as drinking glasses, bathroom items, and promotional materials.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are kept in clean, operational condition.
• Respect privacy and guest confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role at a hotel or timeshare resort is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow directions.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items when necessary.
