Responsibilities
- Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications.
- Install vinyl and fiber cement siding.
- Install replacement and new construction windows.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- Experience installing roofing, siding, and/or windows.
- Must have your own tools and equipment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background requirements when required by certain municipalities or projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- must be certified Home Improvement Contractors.
- General Liability Insurance required
- Having your own crew is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with asphalt shingle roofing.
- Experience installing vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, and replacement windows.
- Ability to read work orders and installation specifications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
