Requirements to Apply

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have previous roofing repair experience
• Valid driver's license required

Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

• Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks, damage, or general wear and tear
• Perform repairs and maintenance, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaks
• Install new roofing materials as needed, following safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair options, answer questions, and provide excellent service
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays and weekend availability as needed
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment
• PTO accrual after 30 days of employment
• 401(k) eligibility after 6 months of employment
• All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period

Requirements

What You'll Need

• Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices
• Comfortable operating basic hand tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet for extended periods
• Comfortable accessing tight spaces, and standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for sustained periods
• Hardworking, dependable, and willing to do what it takes
• Flexible schedule availability
