Are you a proven leader ready to build something exceptional in Northwest, AR? We're seeking a dynamic Market Leader to establish and grow our residential roofing operations in Springdale and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of roofing professionals
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the NWA area
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards
  • Manage team performance, safety protocols, and professional development
  • Build relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and community leaders

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in construction or roofing industry
  • Proven track record in team building and management
  • Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and local building codes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in outdoor conditions
