What You’ll Be Doing

Run Pre-Qualified Leads: Meet face-to-face with local homeowners at pre-screened, company-provided appointments. (No cold calling required).

Proactive Territory Development: Due to the startup nature of this brand-new location, you will initially execute direct local marketing, neighborhood prospecting, and self-generated lead tactics to hunt for business. This proactive drive ensures your pipeline stays full until the inbound marketing engine keeps your schedule fully booked with automated appointments.

Assess and Diagnose: Conduct thorough roof inspections and structural evaluations to uncover real customer needs.

Close on the Spot: Present confident, clear, and professional roofing solutions, guide customers through our in-house financing programs, and secure contracts at the kitchen table.

Maximize Your Pipeline: Actively manage your personal sales pipeline and execute clean follow-up strategies to turn warm leads into signed projects.
What Winning Looks Like

Hustle & Volume: Proactively generating business to build momentum, scaling up to consistently running 2–3 high-quality in-home presentations per day.

Closing Power: Maintaining a consistent 30%+ contract closing rate.

Ownership: Tracking your conversion metrics daily and executing a disciplined pipeline follow-up routine.
Minimum Job Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of outside sales or high-ticket in-home closing experience is required. (Prior roofing knowledge is a plus, but not required—we train you on our systems).

License: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.

Location: Ability to report out of our main headquarters at 4853 SE PP Hwy, Holt, MO 64048

Schedule: Full-time hours with built-in flexibility; Monday through Friday with weekend availability required to catch homeowners when they are home.

Background: High school diploma preferred; ability to pass a standard pre-employment background check.

Smartphone Mandate: Must own a reliable personal smartphone with an active data plan capable of running company communication applications. This position requires using your personal device to coordinate with the office and handle client phone/text threads.
