Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize industry-specific tools and equipment for roofing tasks.
• Communicate with clients to explain services and address any concerns.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
• Stay updated on roofing trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in roofing or exterior construction is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Safety certification (e.g., WHMIS) is an asset.
• HAAG Certification considered an asset

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
