Job Description

Stop bouncing between jobs. Join a company that’s actually organised.

If you’re a roof plumber who takes pride in your work — especially flashings and detail work — this is a role where you can run your own jobs, earn well, and not deal with the usual chaos.

At BMG, we don’t just “get roofs done”… we run a tight operation with systems, support, and consistent work.

The Role

• Focus on flashing work, penetrations and detailed roofing tasks
• Mostly one-man jobs or small crews
• Work across Western & Northern suburbs
• Mix of new builds, medium density, repairs and maintenance
• Take ownership of your ute, tools and job quality

What You’ll Actually Get (This is where we’re different)

✅ Consistent workflow – no chasing work

✅ Well-organised jobs – materials, scheduling and support handled properly

✅ Strong earning potential – negotiable pay based on output and skill

✅ Respect for trades – no micromanagement, just accountability

✅ Aroflo systems – clear job info, photos, notes, no confusion

✅ Long-term stability – established business with major builders

What We Expect

• Qualified roof plumber or strong experience in flashing/detail work
• Able to work independently and plan your day
• High standard of workmanship (clean finishes matter)
• Reliable, punctual, communicates like a professional
• Driver’s licence (own ute or company vehicle options available)
