Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Romanian-Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our gaming department in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package! In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Romanian-speaking gaming community, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an outstanding player experience. You will play a key role in fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality player support to Romanian-speaking customers via email, chat, and social media channels
- Resolve technical, gameplay, and account-related issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of player interactions and issues in our support system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex player concerns
- Gather and relay player feedback to development teams to help improve products
- Contribute to a welcoming and engaging gaming community
- Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and product developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in player support or customer service roles preferred
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation fully paid by the company)
- Experience with customer support software and gaming platforms is a plus
