Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a Romanian-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for Romanian-speaking clients, delivering customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries from Romanian-speaking clients
- Develop and implement customized solutions based on client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer experience
- Support client onboarding and training processes
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer support or consulting roles is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation costs covered
