As a Romanian Customer Expert, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support to Romanian-speaking clients. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that strengthens client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in Romanian
• Provide product and service information to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work closely with internal teams to improve customer service processes
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
• Contribute to feedback collection and service enhancement initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Native or fluent Romanian speaker with excellent command of English
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria (fully paid relocation provided)
