As a Romanian Customer Expert, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support to Romanian-speaking clients. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that strengthens client loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in Romanian
- Provide product and service information to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer service processes
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
- Contribute to feedback collection and service enhancement initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Native or fluent Romanian speaker with excellent command of English
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria (fully paid relocation provided)
