Job Title:

Romania and Bulgaria OT Leader

The OT Leader will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the company's operations in Romania and Bulgaria. She/he delivers timely, accurate and transparent customer service, grows and maintains customer relationships, serves as the first line tie breaker/collaborator (decision maker close to the customer). Own OT P&L. Lives our Absolutes and Leadership Behaviors. Champion talent development. Lead OT team and promote/foster inclusion and engagement.

OT Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end customer experience, leading OT teams to deliver daily customer support:
• P&L ownership for Romania and Bulgaria territories, overseeing teams to ensure delivery on financial targets and accurate forecasting of resources required;
• Provide leadership to sales and field operational teams in partnership with functional leaders to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Delivery Operations to support shift/ centralization of admin activities and focus on customer;
• Serve as talent champions including hiring, developing, and retaining OT talent;
• Manage and resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate leaders (e.g. OA/OU leader), as necessary;
• Champion our Absolutes and Live our Leading at Otis Behaviors

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field is highly preferred;
• 7- 10 years experience in the lift industry or the similar industry would be beneficial;
• Collaborative leader that naturally engages team behind ambition;
• Entrepreneurial attitude and bias for quick decision making and action;
• Proven customer centric mindset with passion for service and continuous improvement;
• Exceptional people presence – outstanding manager, coach, and mentor;
• Agility to move between sales & field topics including project management to identify best commercial and customer solution;
• Previous management experience, especially leading large teams;
• Savvy adopter of technology to support automation.
