This position would be working in our Rollguard division within Great Northern Corporation.

Serves as the primary contact for product recommendations and questions, sample requests, and pricing. Assists in developing sales strategies, marketing collateral, and marketing campaigns designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the Rollguard products. Prospects for potential new customers and follows up on leads. Supports current customers and develops new customers by creatively improving or solving their packaging challenges. These improvements and solutions must lead to increased profitable sales for Rollguard while providing customer service to all clients and developing a mutually beneficial relationship.
This Position will be taking care of our customers in the Southeast Region, which is from would be Texas to Florida to South Carolina to Missouri, and the states between them.

Pay / Hours
The first year would be salaried with ½ commission and the transitions to full commission after 1st year.
The outside sales representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships through regular in person visits, business lunches and dinners when appropriate. This position requires flexibility to attend after-hours events, or networking functions as needed to support business growth.

Required Experience
2 - 5 years of Sales experience is required.
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university, or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
Must Live in Tennessee/Alabama/Mississippi area
20% Travel is required
