Supporting customer projects, you are responsible for quoting and execution of orders while maintaining strong customer relations. You’ll review inspection reports on incoming rolls to determine current state and the work scope that needs to be done. Based on this, you’ll rely on available history and pricing programs to create quotes for all repairs and potential options to present to the customer. Once finalized, you’ll generate shop orders, follow the work through the shop, and follow through with shipping and invoicing arrangements.

Expectations

You’ll consult and work with our engineering, inspection, product management and manufacturing groups as needed to ensure top quality work and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to visit customers in a coordinated effort with sales and management to develop additional business opportunities and address any outstanding issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need

A Bachelor's Degree from a college or university in a related field; or an Associate Degree from a two-year college; or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience. Effective written and oral communication skills in English along with presentation, negotiation and analytical skills. High level of computer skills required; strong mechanical aptitude highly desired; Salesforce application knowledge helpful.
