Florida Express Waste & Recycling in Ocala, FL is looking for dependable Roll-Off Drivers to join our team. If you want year‑round stability, strong benefits, and a company that truly values its drivers, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Safely operate roll-off trucks on assigned routes.
Pick up, transport, and dump containers at customer sites and disposal facilities.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required paperwork.
Communicate with dispatch and provide excellent customer service.
Follow all company and DOT safety standards.
Valid CDL (A or B) with a clean driving record.
Roll-off experience preferred, but training is available for strong CDL drivers.
Ability to work independently and manage time well.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks.
$22/hr starting pay
Monthly bonus up to $500
