As a Roll-Off Driver, you will:
Safely operate roll-off trucks and related equipment
Deliver, pick up, and empty large containers for commercial customers
Secure containers using hooks, straps, and tarps as needed
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT and company standards
Complete daily DVIR and safety lane documentation
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
Operate compaction and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, supervisors, and team members
Valid Class A or Class B CDL
Clean Driving Record
Minimum 21 Years of Age
Previous Roll-Off or Commercial Driving Experience Preferred
Ability to understand DOT regulations and safe driving practices
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to complete paperwork and maintain accurate service records
Ability to safely perform physical job duties and inspections
Participate in company-sponsored safety and training programs
Stay current with company technology and operational procedures
Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned
