Reporting directly to the Rolex Fifth Avenue Flagship Vice President, General Manager, the Rolex Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering engaging, high-impact learning experiences that elevate product expertise, client experience, service excellence, and operational performance.
This role partners closely with Store Leadership across all niches from Retail through After Sales Service and Bucherer Corporate Learning & Development to onboard new hires, reinforce brand standards, provide in-the-moment coaching, and cultivate a culture of continuous development that drives exceptional client experiences and business results.

Compensation Expectation: $80,000.00 - $90,0000.00 per year, commensurate upon experience.
