About You:

• Strong retail experience and customer service skills, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's

• DETERMINED

• Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities

• Experience in women's fashion apparel or activewear, managing a team more than 5

• Minimum 2 years management experience for Store Manager

• Dynamic personality that thrives within a team environment

• Proven history of training and developing team members and ability to lead, motivate and inspire

• Ability to performance manage, recruit, and uphold brand standards, and work autonomously, as well as in a strong team environment

• Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to move fixtures or fittings

• Be passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle i.e., Live the lifestyle!

What YOU will be responsible for:

• Uphold RAG Culture and Values and represent a growing brand

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and company KPI's

• Driving sales and customer experience

• Recognising sales opportunities

• Building regular customers & promoting our Rockwear brand

• Recruitment, coaching, development of team

• Upholding impeccable store standards, executing VM directive

• Effective stock management across the retail stores through utilising relevant reporting tools, ensuring stock procedures (IBT’s/Faulties/Recalls) are managed correctly
