We're seeking a passionate and organised Multi-Site Manager who is responsible for leading the performance, operations, and people across a group retail stores within the state. This role focuses on driving sales, developing Store Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a consistent customer and brand experience across the cluster.
What you’ll do:
Lead Area Performance
Drive strong, consistent commercial outcomes across your area.
• Achieve area sales
• Drive like-for-like sales growth across all stores on the Sunshine Coast
• Improve key store metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT)
• Control wages and store-level expenses within budget
• Deliver high customer satisfaction and service standards
Key Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day duties related to the role efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
• Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas
• Follow company policies and procedures
People Management
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve results
• Build capability within store teams through ongoing coaching
• Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins
• Drive a positive, high-performance culture across all stores
• Support Store Managers with team engagement and performance issues
Recruitment
• Support Store Managers in recruiting high-quality team members
• Ensure timely hiring to minimise vacancies
• Drive effective onboarding and training of new hires
• Monitor team turnover and implement retention strategies
• Identify and develop future leaders within the area
About You
• Experience in retail management or a similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience managing learning platforms
• Passion for retail, customer experience, and team development
• Strong alignment with brand culture and values
• Driver’s license and vehicle required
